Return and refund policy

Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. If more than 14 days have elapsed since your receipt, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

All return requests must be notified to our customer service department using your name and order number.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase for returns. Your item must be in its original packaging with all accessories and documents included so that we can identify your order. We advise you to take all necessary precautions to ensure that the product is returned in perfect condition. Any product that is not returned, is incomplete, damaged, stained or shows signs of having been worn will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please also note that personalized, engraved or made-to-measure items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the product does not meet these criteria.

Refunds (if any)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to let you know that we have received the returned item. We'll also let you know if your refund is approved or declined.

If approved, your refund is processed and your credit card or original payment method is automatically credited within a few days (3 to 7 days on average).

Delayed or missing refunds (if any)

If you have not yet received a refund, check your bank account and then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Refunds take an average of 3 to 7 days to appear on credit card statements.

If you have taken all these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact our customer service department at contact@meolina.com or via the contact form.

Exchanges (if any)

We will only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, send us an e-mail at contact@meolina.com so that we can tell you what to do.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of the returned item. Once the returned item has been received, an electronic gift voucher will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who made the gift had the order sent to them with the intention of returning it to you at a later date, we will send the refund to them, and they will know that you have returned their gift.

Shipping

You are responsible for shipping costs related to the return of your item. They are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

Product returns will only be accepted if they are sent via a delivery service with a signature on receipt, so that you have proof of delivery. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
